Job Details
- Must have current state nursing license with verification dated within 30 days of start
- American Heart Association BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required for RNs in ED
- PALS certification required for RNs in ED (Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) also acceptable)
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification required
- Completion of specialty specific competency testing within the past year
- Must provide documentation of physical/health statement within the last year indicating fitness to work
- Must provide proof of required immunizations and health screenings including COVID-19 vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B series, Influenza vaccine, 2 Step PPD or IGRA, Varicella, Tdap (declination accepted if no pediatric interaction)
- Must complete Trinity Health professional requirements including Code of Conduct, I9, Confidentiality Agreement, Integrity and Audit Services Form, Conflict of Interest Disclosure, Criminal Background Check, Education Verification, EPLS, GSA/OIG, Joint Commission Testing, NSO, System Access Form, and OFAC checks

Unit Specific Information
- Must attach scanned copies of certifications with expiration dates to candidate's record in TrinityVMS
- License verification must be uploaded and dated within 30 days of start
- Drug screening (10 panel) must be completed within 30 days of start with MRO signature
- Trinity Skills Checklist provided by agency for clinical contractors
- All required forms must be signed and uploaded to TrinityVMS prior to start
