Primary Care Physician Assistant (PA) with ER Call Coverage in Oklahoma

Practice Overview

• You'll join a hospital-employed team of 1 supervising physician and 2 PAs, serving two nearby outpatient clinics plus ER call coverage
• Broad-spectrum primary care with room for in-office procedures in well-equipped exam spaces
• Strong clinic support: MAs, nurses, and front office staff at each site; Epic EMR
• ER backup includes experienced nursing and accessible physician support; higher-acuity cases are stabilized and transferred

Schedule

• Weekday clinic schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00a-5:00p; average 14 patients/day
• Two-site rotation (Buffalo and a second clinic about 20 minutes away) with a consistent, planned cadence
• ER call only: typically 1-2 days/week plus 1 weekend/month; schedule provided well in advance
• Built-in admin time: one day off every other week for administrative work (can be done from home)

Compensation & Benefits

• $135,000 guaranteed salary (3-year commitment), based on experience
• $75,000 HRSA loan forgiveness (non-taxed, paid directly to lender) plus $5,000 relocation reimbursement
• 160 hours discretionary time off; 5 CME days with $4,000 annual CME allowance
• Malpractice with tail, health/dental/vision, life/disability, and retirement options (including match after year 1); licensing/credentialing reimbursed

Candidate Requirements

• Physician Assistant; NP candidates may be considered with acute care certification
• New grads and experienced clinicians welcomed with a structured ramp-up (shadowing and ongoing check-ins)
• Comfort with outpatient primary care plus willingness to participate in ER call coverage
• ATLS, ACLS, PALS, and BLS required
