Coordinate daily operations in the emergency department
Supervise clinical staffing and facilitate continuous education and professional development
Participate in developing and implementing emergency procedures and policies
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Manage patient care planning and throughput
Liaison between department and other healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
Assist in budgeting and clinical resource allocation
