Description
Kaiser Permanente Georgia is seeking a dedicated and experienced Charge Registered Nurse (RN) to lead our Emergency Department team during night shifts. This pivotal role ensures the provision of exceptional care whilst maintaining operational efficiency and guiding nursing staff. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, clinical expertise in emergency care, and a commitment to patient-centered service.Oversee the nursing staff and manage the flow of patients.
Ensure adherence to all hospital policies and procedures.
Maintain high standards of care and enforce safety protocols.
Evaluate patient care for effectiveness and respond to patient needs swiftly.
Guide and mentor staff, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
Advanced ability to manage and prioritize care in a fast-paced setting.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Expertise in clinical emergencies.
Proficient in using healthcare software and electronic health records.
