- Academic Physician - MD/DO - Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist

SLUCare Physician Group, the academic medical practice of SSM Health in the St. Louis region, is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our Division of Child Psychiatry at SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Childrens Hospital.
This is an academic faculty position that combines inpatient and ED consult-liaison psychiatry and outpatient care, supporting children and adolescents with a wide range of psychiatric conditions. The role also advances the educational mission of Saint Louis University School of Medicine, with opportunities to teach and mentor medical students, psychiatry residents, and child and adolescent psychiatry fellows.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consultation-liaison psychiatric services for pediatric inpatients and ED
- Deliver outpatient psychiatric evaluation and treatment for children and adolescents
- Participate in a shared call schedule
- Contribute to the teaching and mentorship of trainees (students, residents, fellows)
- Engage in academic activities, including research and scholarly work, as desired
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary pediatric care team

Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board-eligible or board-certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
- Eligibility for Missouri medical licensure
- Commitment to academic medicine, education, and team-based care
