Opportunity Overview

A highly regarded regional leader in maternity care is seeking a Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) Physician to join its growing Birthing Center and Women's Health Program in the Kansas City metro area. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice in a collaborative, well-supported environment focused on high-quality, patient-centered care-without the demands of emergency coverage or high-risk deliveries.

Practice Environment

• Collaborate with a skilled team of obstetricians, hospitalists, and medical specialists
• Consultation-only role supporting complex and high-risk pregnancies
• On-site genetic counselor available two days per week
• No requirement to perform high-risk or operative deliveries

Schedule & Clinical Responsibilities

• Monday-Friday schedule with a 5-day workweek
• Inpatient consultations and antepartum rounding
• Virtual consultations as needed
• No emergency room or call coverage
• Average daily volume of approximately 20 patients, including ultrasound evaluations
• Perform amniocentesis; opportunity to expand procedural skills to cyst aspirations
