Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to emergency department patients, including assessment, interventions, and monitoring
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Respond rapidly to critical, urgent, and emergent situations within the ER
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with protocols
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and follow-up care
- Current RN licensure with proven Emergency Room nursing experience
- Ability to work efficiently in a demanding, fast-paced clinical environment
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and adherence to safety standards
- Contract assignment based on facility needs
This assignment is available for those located more than 60 miles from the facility, categorized as travel.
